New manager of Central Point in Warsaw

One of Warsaw's newly developed office buildings already has its own manager. The responsibilities for the Central Point building will be handled by Colliers.

The Central Point office building in Warsaw was completed late last year. After several months, a new manager was found for the building. Duties related to the office building on Swietokrzyska and Marszalkowska streets will be handled by Colliers from now on.

Central Point is a Warsaw office building, which was commissioned at the end of 2021. The architectural design of the building was worked on by Kazimierski and Ryba Design Bureau and Arquitectonica studio. The development includes about 19,000 sqm of total space, of which 18,000 sqm is occupied by office units. The building climbs to a height of 21 floors. In addition, such amenities as parking spaces, bicycle infrastructure and electric vehicle charging stations are available to tenants. In addition, the building boasts BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.
