A new tenant will move into one of Krakow's Fabryczna Office Park office buildings later this month. It will be an IT company - Andersen.
The list of tenants in Krakow's Fabryczna Office Park office complex has expanded with a new tenant. The Andersen company, which has been operating in the IT industry for 15 years and has its headquarters scattered in more than a dozen countries around the world, will move into one of the buildings. The new tenant has leased nearly 1,000 sqm of working space, which will include a conference room, open space, private offices and a game room.
Fabryczna Office Park is a Kraków office complex comprising 6 buildings. Their total area reaches approximately 77,500 sqm of class A workspace. It is an investment owned by Inter-Bud Developer, and is being built on the site of the former State Vodka Factory. The entire development will also include a hotel, museum, retail and residential units.
