New Heineken headquarters in Krakow's Podium Park complex

A part of Heineken - Heineken Global Shared Services - has chosen one of the office buildings in Krakow's Podium Park complex as its new headquarters. The company's employees will move into building A belonging to the complex in the second half of 2022.

Heineken Global Shared Services is the part of Heineken responsible for finance, accounting, IT, auditing, design and transformation issues. Due to its continued growth, the company has decided to lease more than 8,500 sqm of office space out of the nearly 18,700 sqm offered by Building A of the Podium Park complex. The new tenant will move into the building in the second half of 2022.

The Podium Park office complex is a complex of three office buildings, two of which have already been completed, and the last one will be ready in 2022. The building complex is located at Izydor Stella-Sawickiego Street and Jana Pawła II Avenue in Kraków, and has been awarded a BREEAM certificate of Outstanding thanks to a number of nature-friendly solutions.
