The Neon office building, developed by Torus, has been sold to the DWS fund. The value of the transaction was more than 80 million euros.
The Neon office building, which is part of the Alchemia business complex in Gdansk, was purchased by DWS. The group manages funds with assets worth €759 billion. DWS purchased the office building for one of its German real estate funds. The building was developed by Torus, which sold it for €80 million net.
Located on Grunwaldzka Street, the Neon skyscraper provides more than 33,000 sqm of office space to the Gdansk market. Modern, environmentally friendly solutions were used in its construction, as evidenced by its prestigious LEED Platinum certification. In addition to office space, the building also includes commercial premises. Tenants will also have 320 above- and underground parking spaces and infrastructure for cyclists at their disposal.
