Three office buildings owned by Cavatina Holding have been sold by the company. The transaction involved Carbon Tower in Wroclaw, as well as Ocean Office Park A and Tischnera Office in Krakow, and amounted to more than €139 million.
Changes in the Polish office market. The sale of three office buildings - Carbon Tower in Wroclaw and Ocean Office Park A and Tischnera Office in Krakow - was recently finalized. All buildings belonged to Cavatina Holding and have now gone into the hands of entities owned by Lone Star Funds. The sale agreement involved more than €139 million and nearly 66,000 sqm of space.
Carbon Tower is a Wroclaw office building, providing more than 19,000 sqm of Class A office space. The building is located on Fabryczna Street. Ocean Office Park A is part of a larger complex of buildings in Krakow. The office building offers about 13,000 sqm of workspace. Tischnera Office is a modern Krakow facility that provides nearly 34,000 sqm.
