More than 70% of the office building space at The Park Krakow for the 4F brand.

A huge deal in the Krakow office market. The owner of the 4F brand, OTCF, has leased about 7,000 sqm of office space in the first completed building of The Park Krakow complex under construction.

The first completed office building of The Park Kraków complex under construction will have a new tenant. A contract has just been signed for about 7,000 sqm of space, which is more than 70 percent of the available space. 4F will move into the building later this year and will occupy four floors in the facility.

The Park Krakow 1 is the first finished building to be constructed as part of the city's largest development to date. In addition to it, seven other buildings will be constructed, which together will offer about 9,600 jobs. In addition to office space, the first building also features observation decks, a store and a gym, among other amenities. Electric vehicle charging stations and bicycle facilities are also available. Work is currently underway on The Park Kraków 2 building.
