More awards for Warsaw UNIT. Office building with three new awards

Warsaw UNIT with more achievements. The building has been recognized in two prestigious industry competitions and received as many as three new awards.

The Warsaw UNIT skyscraper is collecting more accolades. This modern office building has recently received three new awards and has been named one of the best buildings in Central and Eastern Europe. The building was recognized twice in the CEEQA competition in two categories: Office Development of the Year and Overall Building of the Year CEE. In addition, the building received an award in the Icon category as part of the Real Estate Impactor conference organized by "Rzeczpospolita". All of these awards are for the skyscraper's unique, timeless architecture, innovative solutions, security and sustainability.

Warsaw UNIT is a modern skyscraper reaching 202 meters in height. It provides the local market with approximately 47 sqm of Class A co-working space. A unique attraction of the building is the fully glazed Skyfall observation deck. The office building has a number of certificates confirming its level of technological advancement. These include BREEAM, WELL Health-Safety Rating and WELL v2 pre-certification.
