The office building, which will be part of the Monopolis mixed-use complex in Lodz, has reached its target height. It will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2021.
The new office building of the Monopolis complex has reached its target height, which is about 50 meters. The building will offer about 10,000 sqm of rentable space spread over twelve floors. The main element of the office building's facade is corten, a modern material that oxidizes and rusts over time. The use of this material is meant to refer to the history of Monopolis. The building will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2021.
The Monopolis complex was named the world's best mixed-use project at the Paris trade show. The complex's largest office building to date was 100 percent leased within six months of completion. Another 10-story building will be built in the next phase. The total planned area is nearly 30,000 sqm, of which 23,400 sqm will be leasable office space.
