Modernized interiors of Warsaw's North Gate office building

The owner of the North Gate office building has decided to modernize the building's common areas. An interior terrace, bicycle infrastructure was created, and the reception area was extensively renovated.

The North Gate office building has undergone considerable changes. Some parts of the Warsaw building have been modernized, including common spaces for all tenants. In addition, the reception area of the office building has been renovated, as well as the first floor dedicated to retail facilities. Other major changes to the building include the creation of a green interior terrace for relaxation and the construction of special facilities for cyclists, such as lockers and showers. All of this creates an even more attractive space for tenants and promotes an increased sense of comfort.

North Gate is an office building located on Bonifraterska Street in Warsaw, reaching nearly 90 meters and providing approximately 29,000 sqm of high-end space to the office market. In addition to the amenities created during the recent renovation, the building also offers its tenants more than 300 parking spaces. Architecture studio is responsible for creating the design of the North Gate building's space upgrade.
