Modernization of Wrocław's Eagle Center office building has begun

The Eagle Center in Wroclaw will get a new look. The modernization and renovation work will affect both the facade and the interior of the building, which will be adapted to the new requirements of tenants.

Modernization of the nearly 20-year-old Wroclaw office building has begun. The Eagle Center will undergo a major renovation, which will give the building a new exterior appearance and modernized office interiors. The premises will be adjusted to meet the new requirements of tenants, and Tétris is responsible for all the work being carried out. Thanks to them, the standard of the space will be significantly increased. The modernization work, for which Value4Real is responsible, is expected to be completed early next year.

The Eagle Center is an office building in Wroclaw, offering about 17,600 sqm of total space. Completed in 2002, the building reaches 12 floors; its undeniable advantages include amenities for tenants, such as parking spaces and its location in the Old Town, not far from the Market Square.
