Changes are afoot at Warsaw's Marynarska Point I office building. The common areas of the office building will be modernized, and the whole will be complemented by illuminated facades.
The Marynarska Point I office building will undergo significant changes. The modernization of the building's common areas is already scheduled for the first quarter of this year. These will include a reception area on the first floor and elevator lobbies on each floor. When the renovation work is completed, an illuminated visualization will be installed on the façade, which is a project by international architecture studio Arch.
Marynarska Point I is a Warsaw office building with 11 floors above ground. It has about 11,400 sqm of office space available. In addition, the building also includes retail and service units and tenant amenities in the form of above-ground and underground parking spaces. The building has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
