Flexible office space will also appear in the Hi Piotrkowska 155 building in Lodz. New Work will be the provider of modern work space. The offices will be ready by the end of 2022 and will occupy four floors of the high-rise building.

Lodz's Hi Piotrkowska 155 office building will offer modern serviced offices for its tenants by the end of the year. The building will feature special flexible work space provided by the New Work operator. The project will occupy the entire four floors of the skyscraper, or about 5,000 sqm of total space. The space will be tailored to the requirements of both large companies and small businesses.

Hi Piotrkowska 155 is a Lodz-based complex of three buildings: two office buildings and one hotel. The total leasable area of the building reaches about 34,000 sqm. The complex also includes space for restaurants and retail and service establishments. An underground garage hall is available to tenants. The complex has received BREEAM certification with a rating of Very Good.
