The metamorphosis of Warsaw's Marynarska Business Park office complex is entering its final phase. The complex is changing its name to Diuna. A 6,000-square-meter parking lot has been replaced by a new park open to the city.
Diuna's patio was designed in accordance with the idea of biophilic design, which takes into account man's innate need to bond with nature and feel a sense of belonging to the natural world. The concrete patio was transformed into a park open to the city, filled with trees and native vegetation. To create a cohesive and welcoming environment, the terrain was raised and lowered, creating plant-covered hills. Narrow alleyways between the hills create intimate spaces where one can relax and take a break from everyday life. Parking for cars is located in a three-level underground garage, offering 1,300 spaces for tenants and guests of the complex.
As part of the transformation, the building's four lobbies have also been renovated, with impressive artistic sculptures as a common feature. Modern work and meeting spaces are available to tenants. A 250-square-meter conference center offers four rooms, a room for parents with children and a kitchen. The interiors of the complex also feature artworks by Polish and foreign artists. Diuna is home to such companies as Accord, NewCold, Colgate, Daikin Europe, Eurocash, Ford, JDE, Oceanic, S.C Johnson. The complex consists of four office buildings with a total usable area of 46,000 square meters.
