A historic townhouse in Lublin located at 34 Krakowskie Przedmieście Street is changing its owner. The unique building located in the center of the city has ended up in the hands of a private entrepreneur.

The new owner of Lublin's Krakowskie Przedmieście 34 tenement house is a private entrepreneur. He made the transaction with the former owner of the historic building, which had been a Real Management company since 2012.

Krakowskie Przedmieście 34 is a Lublin landmark tenement located in the very center of the city. The building provides the local market with approximately 1,750 sqm of space for office and retail units. Currently, the tenement is 100 percent commercialized. The building consists of three above-ground floors and one underground floor, where one of the tenants has its training center with many amenities.
