OKAM has decided to move into the Lodz office building it owns. From now on, the Lodz.Work complex will house the developer's office with about 1,350 sqm of office space.
Another tenant of the former Teodor Meyerhoff factory, which now provides modern office space under the name Łódź.Work, is OKAM. The developer, which also owns the entire Lodz complex, will occupy about 1,350 sqm of its office space. The lease will last for 5 years, and other companies are in the process of negotiating with the facility's owner, which only confirms the growing interest of potential tenants in the Łódź complex.
Lodz.Work is a modern facility built on the grounds of the former Teodor Meyerhoff factory. The complex is located on Dowborczyków Street and is owned by the OKAM development company. The building provides about 5,000 sqm of modern total space, in addition to offering its tenants many amenities. These include above-ground parking or green areas in front of the building. An additional advantage is the building's attractive location, which makes it possible to take full advantage of the amenities available in the city center.
