Lodz.Work headquarters for Valmet

The list of companies using the office space of the Łódź.Work facility has grown. The latest tenant in the Łódź office building is Valmet, which will occupy space equal to 570 sqm.

A five-year lease has recently been signed at the modern Łódź.Work office building. Valmet, a company specializing in the development and supply of solutions in the energy and pulp and paper industries, will move into the building as a new tenant. The new tenant will occupy about 570 sqm of workspace in the office building.

Lodz.Work is a modern office building, offering about 5,000 sqm of total space. It is located at 18 Dowborczyków Street and was built on the site of the former Teodor Meyerhoff factory. It provides open space, coworking space and retail and service units on the first floor. Tenants are provided with above-ground parking spaces, eco-vehicle rental and bicycle amenities.
