Technology company iTechArt will move into the Hi Piotrkowska building complex in Lodz, which was built in 2020. The new tenant plans to move into its headquarters later this year.
Lodz's newly built Hi Piotrkowska complex has gained another tenant. The international technology company iTechArt, which hails from America, will move into the facility and occupy space on the 18th floor of one of the complex's buildings. With the launch of its new headquarters, the company also plans to increase its employment.
Hi Piotrkowska 155 is a complex consisting of three buildings: two office buildings and a hotel, which together provide about 34,000 sqm of high-end leasable space. Additional amenities include the presence of food and beverage outlets, a pharmacy and a clinic in the building, while tenants also have parking spaces for cars located in an underground garage. The complex has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level, which confirms the use of many nature-friendly solutions in the building.
