Lodz's Monopolis 2.0 office building nearing completion

The Monopolis 2.0 office building, which is being constructed as part of an investment to revitalize the former Vodka Monopoly grounds and facilities, will soon be completed.

In the near future, Lodz will be able to boast a new office building, which is being constructed as part of an investment to revitalize the land of the former Vodka Monopoly. The Monopolis 2.0 office building will be a unique building that will offer its tenants a number of amenities, such as quiet and fast elevators, air conditioning combined with humidification or independent power sources, as well as high-end work space.

Monopolis 2.0 is an office building belonging to the Monopolis complex, which is being built as part of a project to revitalize the former factory grounds of Monopoly Wódczany. The entire facility will offer a total of about 24,000 sqm of workspace. However, this is not the only function of the complex. It will also house a number of cultural centers, such as a museum, gallery and theater. What's more, the Monopolis 2.0 office building has received BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. The entire complex is scheduled for completion in 2023.
