Two new office buildings from the Fusion development in Lodz are now ready for use. Some 19,000 sqm of new space has been delivered to the local market.
The next phase of the Fuzja multifunctional investment has come to an end. Two more office buildings from this complex, which is being built on the post-industrial site of the Karol Scheibler plant, have recently been put into use. Together, the said office buildings provide about 19,000 sqm of space. Interestingly, the buildings already have a tenant, which is Fujitsu Poland Global Delivery Centre.
Fusion is a major investment by Echo Investment. It is being built on the site of the former Karol Scheibler factory. The recently completed buildings were created by the medusa group studio. Part of the office buildings is a historic wall, which has been broken with a glass facade and louvered cladding. There are parking spaces for cars on the underground floors, and the area around the building is full of small architecture. Both office buildings have been awarded BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.
