The recently completed LIXA C office building in Warsaw has gained a new tenant. The building has been chosen as its headquarters by Snowflake, an American company that operates in the cloud solutions industry. The new tenant has signed a lease for the next 10 years and will occupy more than 7,000 sqm of office space in the facility, or one-third of the available space of the entire building.
LIXA C is a Warsaw office building that is part of a complex of five buildings located near Daszyńskiego Roundabout. Ultimately, the entire building is expected to deliver about 77,000 sqm of office space to the local market. The building has all amenities for tenants, including parking spaces and bicycle infrastructure. The building has been awarded the BREEAM certificate, reaching the Excellent level.
