The tenants of the modern LIXA C office building have expanded. Cellnex Poland Sp. z o.o., an operator of wireless telecommunications and broadcasting infrastructure in Europe, will move into the newly built facility. The new tenant will occupy office space equal to 4,500 sqm, which is about 25 percent of the available space in the building. The company's employees are expected to move into their new headquarters as early as August this year.
LIXA C is an office building that is part of a larger complex of five buildings located in Warsaw near Daszyńskiego Roundabout. When the last two office buildings are built, in total the buildings will provide around 77,000 sqm of workspace to the local market. The entire complex boasts a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level, which demonstrates the use of a number of environmentally friendly solutions.
