Wadowicka 3 is a complex of three office buildings that provide about 31,000 sqm of leasable space. The buildings rise eight stories high. Tenants have above- and underground parking spaces and extensive bicycle infrastructure at their disposal. The building has been awarded the BREEAM certificate, which confirms the environmental performance of the buildings.
