Poznan's Kwadraciak has reached 100 percent commercialization, boosted by the latest lease agreement signed with Wielkopolski Biuro Planowania Przestrzennego.
Kwadraciak, located in close proximity to another landmark in Poznan - Okrąglak - has gained a new tenant. The Wielkopolska Spatial Planning Office has moved into the building, dealing with, among other things, the creation of spatial management plans for the province, conducting analyses of the conditions and directions of spatial policy of the provincial government or cooperation with municipalities and counties in Wielkopolska. According to the signed agreement, the office will occupy about 720 sqm of space in Poznan's Kwadraciak.
The Kwadraciak office building is a reference by name to its neighbor, Okrąglak, a Poznan building located in the city center. It was built in 2012 and offers about 930 sqm of total space. The building's use of many nature- and people-friendly solutions has been awarded a BREEAM certificate. Additional advantages of the building include above- and underground parking spaces and an attractive location of the office building.
