PKO Bank Polski, Poland's largest commercial bank, and Aebi Schmidt, a provider of municipal equipment, cleaning and snow removal solutions, have joined the prestigious .KTW II office building. PKO Bank Polski began operations in March on the 26th floor, where it provides services to private banking clients, and on the first floor, where it serves retail clients. The new location allowed the bank to operate in a highly recognizable location, with flexible spaces that adapt to individual needs.
Meanwhile, in October, Aebi Schmidt, a company with a 140-year history originating from Switzerland, will inaugurate its office on the 26th floor of .KTW II. The company has 14 manufacturing plants around the world and specializes in providing high-tech machinery and equipment, such as plow trucks, sweepers and gritters, which contribute to the maintenance of clean and safe road and airport infrastructure. Aebi Schmidt is headquartered in Kielce, Poland, and in 2021 opened a branch in Katowice, Poland, where a Corporate Service Center for the group's operations was established. Due to the need for more space and intensive growth, the company decided to change the address of its Katowice office to 1 Roździeńskiego Avenue, where, on more than 1,021 square meters, Aebi Schmidt will develop its operations in areas such as procurement, purchasing, research and development, SAP systems, reference data, marketing and human resources.
The decision to choose the .KTW II office building was also influenced by the numerous environmental solutions implemented in the building, which have been certified by BREEAM and WELL Health&Safety Rating. These environmental initiatives take care of the well-being of employees and enable optimization of operating and utility costs. The pursuit of sustainability is in line with Aebi Schmidt's values.
