The modern office building received an Excellent rating with an overall score of 79.7 percent, one of the best ratings in our country and a record in the Katowice area. During the certification, solutions in the following areas were checked: management, energy, transportation, water, materials, waste, land use and ecology, health and well-being, pollution and innovation.

The .KTW II office building is a Katowice skyscraper with a height of 133 meters. The building is part of a single complex together with .KTW I and together they offer about 58,000 sqm of office space. The building has many amenities for its tenants, including underground parking spaces, infrastructure for cyclists and retail and service space.
