Krakow with the greenest building in Central and Eastern Europe

Exceptional recognition for the V.OFFICES office building. The building has been officially recognized as the greenest building in Central and Eastern Europe in the BREEAM Awards competition.

A unique gala was recently held in London, during which the BREAAM Awards were decided. During the ceremony, the winner of the BREAAM Regional Award for Central and Eastern Europe was selected. The award for the most environmentally friendly building went to Kraków's V.OFFICES, an investment by AFI Europe Poland. The building last year received the world's second highest score in BREEAM certification, an Outstanding rating of 98.87%.

Krakow's V.OFFICES is a modern, nature- and employee-friendly office building located on 29 Listopada Street. It has six floors above ground, with approximately 24,700 sqm of space available. Tenants can also use underground car parking, bicycle facilities and electric vehicle charging stations. In addition, the building features retail and service outlets and green spaces around the building.
