Krakow's Podium Park complex fully commercialized

The lease area of Krakow's Podium Park office complex has been exhausted. Morele company will move into the building, so the commercialization level of the complex has already reached 100 percent.

One of the greenest buildings in Poland, the Podium Park office complex, has already been fully commercialized. The last vacant office space will be occupied by Morele, whose headquarters will be located in the Podium B office building. The company, which operates in e-commerce and consumer electronics distribution, will occupy about 1,700 sqm of the building's space.

Podium Park is a complex of three modern office buildings. The building is located on Izydor Stella-Sawickiego Street and Jana Pawła II Avenue in Cracow. The complex is named one of the most eco-friendly buildings in Poland thanks to a number of nature-friendly solutions. It is one of the few to be awarded the BREEAM certificate at the Outstanding level. In addition, the complex provides its tenants with underground parking, electric vehicle rental and charging stations, as well as extensive bicycle infrastructure.
