Krakow's High5ive complex fully operational

The construction of the final stage of Krakow's High5ive project has officially ended. The fifth, or last, of the office buildings has just been put into use.

Kraków's office market has grown by another workspace. Construction of the last of the buildings in the High5ive complex has just been completed. The commissioning of the fifth office building means that the entire facility is now available to tenants. Thus, some 11,000 sqm of additional office space has been added to the local market. Completion of the entire project began in 2016 and provided a total of as much as 70,000 sqm of workspace.

High5ive is a modern office complex comprising as many as five office buildings. All of them have 9 floors above ground, but each is characterized by a different body. The entire complex offers tenants about 70,000 sqm of workspace. In addition, it has above- and underground parking spaces and a number of facilities for cyclists. The building was also built with the utmost attention to nature. High5ive is also seeking to obtain WELL Core&Shell certification.
