Krakow's Astris office building has a new owner. The building has gone into the hands of the French

Part of the French Corum Group, the Corum XL investment fund has become the new owner of Kraków's Astris office building.

Astris is a modern Krakow office building that has just been purchased by the Corum XL investment fund. It is part of the French Corum group. From now on, the office building located on Lublańska Street in Krakow will have a new owner.

The Astris skyscraper has 13,500 sqm of office space commercialized at 100 percent, offering Class A office space. Many environmentally friendly solutions have been used in the building, for which the building has been awarded a LEED Gold certificate. In addition, such amenities as underground parking, bicycle infrastructure and a green terrace, located on the top floor of the office building, have been put at the disposal of tenants. The Krakow building is home to the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, among others.
