Another lease agreement has been signed in Katowice's Global Office Park complex. One of the complex's buildings has been chosen by Keywords Studios for its new headquarters.

Computer games company Keywords Studios, which has been operating on the Polish market for 4 years, has decided to move into one of the buildings in the Global Office Park complex in Katowice. Approximately 1,000 employees will occupy nearly 9,300 sqm of office space spread over the top seven floors of the building.

Global Office Park is a modern, multifunctional complex of three buildings. Two towers are office buildings, while the third is a residential building. The complex is located on Mickiewicza, Dabrowka and Jana III Sobieskiego streets. The total area available in the buildings is about 55,000 sqm. The building has been awarded a BREEAM certificate, and tenants will be able to enjoy many amenities, including underground parking spaces and bicycle infrastructure.
