Katowice's DL Tower office building commissioned

Additional workspace in Katowice's office market. The DL TOWER office building, a modern building with high-end workspace, has just been commissioned.

The DL TOWER office building is a newly constructed office building located in Katowice on Korfantego Street. The building has just been commissioned, and the first tenants will start moving in as early as April. The level of commercialization of office space in the building has already reached about 90 percent, and negotiations are currently underway for the last vacant space in the facility.

DL TOWER is part of a larger mixed-use complex in Katowice, which will eventually reach an area of more than 45,000 sqm. The DL TOWER building itself has 14 floors and offers about 17,000 sqm of usable space. In addition, tenants can take advantage of above- and underground parking spaces, extensive infrastructure for cyclists and electric vehicle charging stations. The use of a number of environmentally friendly solutions in the building has been awarded a BREEAM certificate.
