Katowice's DL Tower office building almost ready

Construction of the DL TOWER office building in Katowice will soon be completed. Finishing works are currently underway in it, and the building will be ready in the first quarter of 2022.

A 55-meter DL TOWER office building is under construction in Katowice on Wojciecha Korfanty Avenue. Some time ago there was a symbolic topping out ceremony to mark the building reaching its target height of 55 meters. Now work is underway to finish the building, and the completion of the investment is getting closer. The building is scheduled for completion in early 2022.

DL TOWER is a high-end Katowice office building under construction at 138 Wojciecha Korfantego Avenue. The building is part of a larger complex owned by DL Invest Group, which is also developing buildings with commercial, recreational and hotel functions as part of this investment. Ultimately, the office building will provide about 17,000 sqm of workspace, and additional amenities for future tenants include above- and underground parking spaces for cars, extensive infrastructure for cyclists and charging stations for electric vehicles. Due to the presence of many environmentally friendly solutions in the building, it has been awarded a BREEAM certificate.
