The construction of the K2 office building in Gdynia has come to an end. The office building has already received an occupancy permit and thus the building is ready to welcome new tenants. The building fits perfectly into the tradition of local modernism. The design of the office building was created by APA Wojciechowski Architekci studio. Vastint Poland was responsible for the construction of the building.

The K2 office building is a modern building located in Gdynia at 2 Kielecka Street. The building provides about 11,400 sq m of workspace for the local market. A number of amenities are available to tenants, including a two-level underground garage hall for cars and extensive bicycle infrastructure. The building has been awarded LEED certification. The building is distinguished by its unique white façade, which perfectly matches the city's color scheme and the local modernist tradition.
