Jablonowski Palace becomes an icon

Real estate development company S+B Gruppe has acquired Jablonowski Palace from the Commerz Real Fund. The complex consists of office buildings with a total area of 17,000 square meters, and over a period of about 60 years the building underwent three reconstructions, following extensive fire and warfare. The last modernization was completed in 1997, and to this day the building still attracts attention with its original and classic architecture. Its location in the historic center of Warsaw and the fact that mBank is headquartered there testify to the timelessness of the old building. This proves that places like Jablonowski Palace, despite their years, can still compete for institutional capital.
