ING Tech Poland has signed a lease at Katowice's Global Office Park

ING Tower will be built in the Global Office Park complex under construction in Katowice, Poland. The company has signed a lease in December 2020.

ING Tech Poland, which has been present in Katowice for years and is involved in business service delivery and the IT industry, has decided to establish its next office in the city. In addition to its headquarters, ING Tech Poland will have 16,600 sqm of office space in one of the buildings that make up the Global Office Park complex, starting in July 2022. For this reason, the building will get a new name - ING Tower. Employees will have 14,500 sqm of space for their use, while a special Gravity Point zone will be created for all Katowice residents. Such a combination was inspired by ING's headquarters in Amsterdam.

The Global Office Park complex is a three-building complex located on Mickiewicza and Dąbrówki streets in Katowice, which is currently under construction. The complex includes two office towers and one residential tower, and will be connected by a five-story podium. The park has more than 59,000 sqm of office space, and offers many nature- and employee-friendly solutions. As a result, the building will be awarded BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.
