Implementation of the second stage of the Gdansk Officina completed

Good news for the Gdansk office market. The second and final investment stage of the Officyna office complex in the Wrzeszcz district has just been completed.

The second stage of the Officyna office complex in Gdansk has been completed. Thus, the entire facility, which consists of two buildings, has already been put into use. Construction of the first one was completed in the third quarter of 2019, and its commercialization has already reached as much as 90% . Now the occupancy permit has also been granted for the second Officyna II office building, providing nearly 6,000 sqm of space to the local market. Torus is responsible for the development.

Officyna is a Gdansk office complex consisting of two buildings reaching five floors above ground. In total, the building provides about 11,000 sqm of total space, which offers not only space for office units, but also for retail and services. The complex also includes a number of amenities, such as, for example, above- and underground parking spaces, extensive bicycle infrastructure and terraces on the top floor. In addition, the building boasts the distinction of being LEED-certified at the Gold level.
