The Horizon office building located in Warsaw has undergone a rebranding process. The changes concerned elements on the marketing level. The office building received a new name - Horizon, as well as a logo. In addition, the visual identity of the building, its surroundings and spatial signage system were changed. Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for the changes to the office building.
Horizon Plaza is a modern office building offering approximately 35,000 sqm of Class A leasable space. The building is located at 39A Domaniewska Street in Warsaw. Tenants have underground parking spaces at their disposal. The office building has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level. The investment belongs to the German company Union Investment Real Estate GmbH.
