Modernization works at the Grunwaldzki Center office building in Wroclaw have been completed. Now the building is greener and more energy efficient, as well as much more comfortable for its users. However, this is not the end of the changes in the facility.
The Grunwaldzki Center office building in Wroclaw has undergone significant changes. Recent modernization work has made the complex more environmentally friendly, the lighting and air-conditioning system has been changed to an energy-efficient one. A charging station for electric scooters has been installed in the underground garage, and the bicycle infrastructure zone has been increased. The next stage of modernization will include the installation of photovoltaic panels or electric car charging stations.
Grunwaldzki Center is a Wroclaw office complex consisting of three buildings. Together they provide about 27,400 sqm of modern Class A office space. The building was constructed using a number of solutions designed to promote employee well-being and be environmentally friendly. As a result, the building has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level.
