The first tenant in Poznan's Andersia Silver skyscraper will be a Finnish company. F-Secure will move into the building and occupy the top three floors of the skyscraper.
Poznań's Andersia Silver skyscraper has gained its first tenant. In the third quarter of 2023, 250 employees of F-Secure, a Finnish-based company operating in the market of network security services and products, will move into the building, which is still under construction. The company will have its headquarters on the top three floors of the building, which will provide the tenant with a total of about 3,500 sqm of space.
Andersia Silver is a Poznan skyscraper providing about 40,000 sqm of multifunctional, high-end commercial space. The building reaches 25 floors above ground, which are almost 118 meters high. Future tenants of the building will have underground parking spaces for cars, charging stations for electric vehicles, as well as extensive bicycle infrastructure. The skyscraper, which is a project by Ewa and Stanislaw Sipinski, has been awarded LEED Gold certification.
