Great comeback

Moniuszki 1A underwent a major renovation in 2014. After upgrading the finishing materials and technical and plumbing elements, the building attracted so many tenants that in time it was fully commercialized. However, for the time being, due to the management of the building by the consulting firm NAI Estate Fellows, the office building is back on the market with a new commercialization cycle, which will allow tenants to sign a contract "right away". The office space has been made to the BREEAM Very Good certification standard and will soon attract interest from companies looking for space in downtown Warsaw. The building's success is also evidenced by relatively low rents for the location, but also by its extensive food and beverage services.
