Gold level WELL certification for Generation Park Z

Warsaw's Generation Park Z building has received WELL Core&Shell certification. The building was awarded a Gold rating, which confirms the safety and comfort of those using the building.

Another Warsaw office building has been awarded a unique certificate. The Generation Park Z building has received WELL Core&Shell certification at the Gold level, which confirms the use of many solutions in the office building that positively affect the safety and comfort of users. This also allows Skanska to boast its fifth building with this certificate.

Generation Park Z is part of a complex of three office buildings located in the center of Warsaw on Towarowa Street, which offer a total of about 82,000 sqm of multifunctional space. They include office spaces as well as retail or food and entertainment space. Tenants also have underground parking spaces, extensive infrastructure for cyclists and a viewing terrace.
