Globis office building in Poznan after renovation

The Globis office building in Poznań has undergone a metamorphosis. The building's common areas - lobbies and lobbies - have been renovated.

One of Poznań's buildings has recently undergone a makeover of common parts. The lobby and lobbies of the Globis office center were renovated, which now combine the austerity of cement floors and the warmth of wooden details. In addition, colorful seating appeared in the rooms, and the floor was lined with carpeting. The new interiors in the building were designed by Insomnia studio, and Tétris is responsible for carrying out the renovation work.

The Globis office center is a Poznan 10-story building with a facade finished in distinctive colors - gray and orange. The building provides the local market with approximately 13,800 sqm of total leasable space. In addition, the building offers above- and underground parking spaces and bicycle infrastructure. Due to its use of a number of nature- and people-friendly solutions, the building has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at a very high level - Excellent.
