Cavatina Holding can celebrate another success. The Global Office Park office complex in Katowice is ready and has just received an occupancy permit.

Good news for the Katowice office market. The Global Office Park complex - Cavatina Holding's flagship investment - has just received occupancy approval. The first tenants will soon be moving into the two office towers, and the commercialization of the buildings is already 70 percent. Construction of the facility began in the third quarter of 2019.

Global Office Park in Katowice is a modern, multifunctional building. It offers about 55,000 sqm of work space, in addition to providing space for retail and residential units. The building in total consists of three buildings connected by one common podium. The complex has many amenities for its tenants, including above-ground and underground parking spaces and extensive bicycle infrastructure.
