The investor of the new Global Office Park complex in Katowice - Cavatina Holding - has just finished work on the highest floors of the investment. The building complex has just reached a height of 104 meters, which makes it one of the most recognizable and visible points of the city.

Global Office Park is a complex of buildings under construction on Mickiewicza and Dąbrówki streets in Katowice. The building will consist of two 104-meter tall office buildings and one residential tower. The project is distinguished by the presence of terraces with special green and relaxation zones for residents and employees. The buildings of the complex are connected by a podium five stories high, which will house retail, service and catering establishments. Cavatina Holding's latest development will be fully BREEAM-certified, and is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2022.
