Ghelamco, the investor of The Bridge buildings in Warsaw and Craft in Katowice, is moving forward with a new investment, its third in Poland. KREO, a modern office building, will be built in Cracow.
Ghelamco has begun construction of the new building. The KREO office building is already the company's third building in Poland. The company's two previous projects stood in Warsaw and Katowice, while the newest one will be built in Cracow, replacing the former Elbud office building. Mota-Engil Central Europe has been appointed general contractor for the investment.
The site chosen for the KREO building was the former Elbud office building at 12 Wadowicka Street in Cracow. The new investment has been announced for 2020-2021, and the completion date is scheduled for 2023. According to the project, for which the Q-arch architectural studio is responsible, the office building will provide the market with about 24,100 sq m of rentable space. The building will feature dedicated offices with access to terraces. The building will also provide a number of amenities for car drivers and cyclists, offering them parking spaces, electric car charging stations and showers. The KREO office building will also be distinguished by a large terrace stretched on the building's roof, from which it will be possible to admire the extraordinary panorama of Krakow. In addition, the building will boast BREEAM certification.
