Skanska has sold one of its Warsaw office buildings. The Generation Park Z building has gone into the hands of a new owner - investor Deka Immobilien.

Changes in the Warsaw office market. One of the buildings previously owned by Skanska has changed hands. It is the Generation Park Z office building belonging to a larger complex. The building now belongs to Deka Immobilien.

Generation Park Z is a Warsaw office building designed by Skanska. It is located at Daszyńskiego Roundabout. It offers its tenants about 19,000 sqm of rentable space. In addition, an underground garage hall and bicycle infrastructure will be at their disposal. The building was designed by Jems Architekci studio and boasts LEED and WELL certification. The entire complex, which consists of three buildings, offers 87,000 sqm of leasable space.
