Another extended lease agreement in a Gdansk office complex. Webinterpret Poland has decided to stay in the Gdański Business Center facility for a longer period of time, where it occupies about 1,900 sqm of space.

Gdański Business Center is a very attractive facility for potential and current tenants. For this reason, another company has decided to extend its lease agreement for office space in one of the buildings of the complex. The existing tenant Webinterpret Poland will remain in the facility for another 5 years. The company occupies about 1,900 sqm of office space there.

The Gdansk Business Center is a modern office building, which has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. It provides about 100,000 sqm of leasable space to the local market, including for office and retail units.
