The DL TOWER office building under construction in Katowice will become the headquarters for two companies that have decided to open their offices there. ForSec and TÜV Austria have joined the building's tenants.

The DL TOWER office building is a modern office building under construction in Katowice, which is constantly attracting new tenants. Recently, two more companies have joined their ranks: ForSec and TÜV Austria. The former is engaged in providing solutions to enhance companies' IT security. The second conducts international inspections and certifications, among other things.

DL TOWER is part of a larger DL Invest Group investment, which also includes buildings with retail, hotel and recreational space. The office building, reaching 55 meters in height, will offer its tenants about 17,000 sqm of leasable space, parking spaces for cars at the building and in the underground parking lot, charging stations for electric vehicles and facilities for cyclists. The office building has been awarded a BREEAM certificate, which confirms the use of special solutions that favor nature.
