The new headquarters of the CCC group in one of Wrocław's office buildings. The company's employees will have about 2,000 sqm of office space at their disposal in the MidPoint71 building.

The list of tenants in Wrocław's MidPoint71 office building, which was commissioned earlier this year, continues to grow. A new company will soon move into the building, this time from the shoe manufacturing market. The building will house the headquarters of CCC. Its employees will have about 2,000 sqm of work space at their disposal.

MidPoint71 is a newly built Wroclaw development by Echo Investment Group. It has delivered about 37,000 sqm of office and service space to the local market. The building is located at 9 Powstańców Śląskich Street and reaches fourteen floors above ground. Tenants have many amenities at their disposal, including an underground garage hall and extensive bicycle infrastructure, as well as numerous terraces with exceptional views of the city and recreational areas.
