Fitness club chain a new tenant of Lodz's WIMA complex

One of the facilities in Lodz's WIMA Widzew Manufaktura complex will become the location for a popular fitness club chain. The entire building D, or about 1,900 sqm of space, will be given to FitFabric.

The FitFabric fitness club chain has been operating for almost 10 years. There are 17 of the company's outlets in Lodz province, and a lease agreement for another location has recently been signed. The fitness club, which will occupy the entire available space in the facility, i.e. more than 1,900 sqm, will be set up in Building D of Łódź's WIMA Widzewska Manufaktura complex. There will be fully equipped rooms, consultations with trainers and nutritionists and a wide selection of classes.

Lodz's WIMA Manufaktura Widzewska complex is a multifunctional facility under construction in four stages. It will deliver a total of about 55,000 sqm of diversified space to the local market. This will include office, residential and retail units. One of the main attractions of the facility is the extensive 100-year-old park, which has an area of about 9,000 sqm.
